Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Completely got ripped off by this Jordanian Ali Baba. They charged me the highest amount possible in the smog testing industry, wrote the contract in a way to minimize any refunds, and gave me lousy service which incidentally failed me.
Their re-test cost $ 30 additional plus the state fee! Avoid Franks Smog Test in Riverside, CA (on La Sierra) like a plague. They will rip you off.

Nothing makes a ripoff report look more illegitimate than immature name-calling-especially of the racist variety. Well, besides, perhaps, classifying a report on an independent repair shop as "California-Department of Motor Vehicles."
How was this contract written to "minimize" refunds, anyway?
And how were you ripped off, exactly?
