We entered into a deal with Robert Klimov of Bellridge Capital. We issued shares to him, he failed to pay for them, illegally sold them into the market and tanked the stock price of our company bankrupting the company. Beware of this thief, he is out there praying on many American Companies from Tornont Ontario.
