I received the same yellow postcard that others have also reported receiving. Mine arrived via "auto presorted first-class US postage paid" mail, "Ft. Myers FL permit No. 130".

On the face are some random numbers followed by a "control #" number, some more random numbers below that and below that is a cute little cartoon newspaper figure yelling the phrase "Good News".

The text on the reverse side of the card, which is in a hand-written font, is as follows:


"Dear [me]

We are trying to reach you with
Good News!

It is really important that you call us.
Call Toll Free 1-888-289-4572

Control # 0737228014
Thanks Michelle Barbaa

Call 10 am to 8:30 pm EST.
Monday thru Friday"


Needless to say I never did call them.
