Fred Matthews Freds General repairs was paid and didnt follow through or finish the job after was paid in full Bryan Texas

 Fred promised to install a new sprinkler system in my yard costing me over $ 5,000. Fred left my yard with huge trenches that could break an ankle and left sprinkler heads above ground so u can't mow with out breaking them off. He also didn't even get coverage on the whole yard and put too many heads on I e line so they don't even over lap when on. This is all after he dug my yard up because he didn't know what he was doing when originally called out to repair my existing one I had that worked great but Fred ripped us off and lied and took our $ and didn't do the job we paid for he's a crook and doesn't know what he's doing at all.
