Fredesman Turro Perez alias TATO TURRO,
This person is notorious SCAM artist in manila Philippines.
He introduce him self as son of Ambassador of Cuba republic.
Usually he like to "help" people, as he promise better currency rate , if someone need to change money, or he have "friend" who can give better deal for purchasing some goods....
in case or another the person who give over money to Tato , will never see his money or never ever the goods or service Tato promise !
