Fred's Super Dollar, FRED'S About two months ago i bought some light bulbs. Among them was a Fred's Par38 70 watt Halogen Flood Light, 120V·1000 HRS·Medium Base. It worked for about 200 hrs then quit working. I lost my receipt in the mean time. Printed on the product box is the "fred's Promise"- "Not Happy With This Product? Just Bring It Back For A Refund!" Today i returned to the store for a refund or replacement but i was turned down. Gladewater Texas

I've been a resident in Gladewater since I was born here in 1952. I've lived here all my life. I was here before Fred's came to town. I'm not out to take Fred's for anything. Just would like to have what belongs to me in this incident. I shop at this location a lot and so does my family. Today the the store manager, Heather, turned down my request for a refund and broke the promise that is printed on the product box. The printing reads, "Fred's Promise..Not Happy With This Product? Just Bring It Back For A Refund!"........the halogen lamp is rated to operate for 1000 hrs. I got maybe 200 hrs out of it. I'VE BEEN RIPPED OFF!
