I bought my second vehicle in 2018 brand new off the lot. 2018 Kia Sportage! So right before Thanksgiving week it was 38 degrees outside I turned on my heater and my car started saying the engine was overheating! So my SUV stopped and I had it towed to get repaired.
They were trying to say I hit something significant that shifted and damaged the cooling system which in turn blew my motor. My problem is no exterior damage to the wheel, axle, or exterior. They wanted me to file a bogus insurance claim for $10,000 in REPAIRS!
They would not honor warranty on my vehicle saying I caused physical damage and took 3 week to send pictures of this "damage" terrible customer service and will not honor my warranty I paid hard earned money for!
This is totally unacceptable.

Are you saying the dash board OVERHEATED light came on but you STILL drove it until it stopped running?
