I am currently browsing the internet looking for a good three bureau service where I can access my 3 reports online for one monthly fee. This sure isn't it. I have belonged as a member for several months now.
Here are my experiences.
They will always charge you on time every month to your designated financial institution.
You must pay an additional 24.95 every time you want to see an updated version of your reports beside Experian.
They in fact do not always inform you that a new account has been opened.
Everytime you e mail them with a question they will use an autoresponder usually telling you to call customer service.What point is the ease of use over the internet if you have to call them and sit on hold on the phone.
They offer a score tracker.This is never updated on the designated date EVER EVER EVER.
All three bureaus now offer an online dispute process. FRC only provides you with the link to Experian.All other they provide postal mail addresses

In the last two months I've had two inquiries to my reports and three new accounts opened on all three bureau reports.Part of the service that Free Credit Report is supposed to provide is credit monitoring on all three bureaus.I've rceived one e mail from them about only one account under one bureau.None of the rest of this information was reported to my by way of e mail alert.I have been paying them for about four months now.So why is it they cannot provide me with the services that I pay for.Because it appears the company is run by the same caliber of fools who are supposed to answer your questions on line.Most questions are answered by nonsense that has nothing to do with your question or by telling you to call customer service.Yeah that's what I wnt to do is sit on the phone with some bafoon to find out why they can't provide me with the service that I pay for.
