I stared in December of 2008, it's suppost to end in December of 2009?
I recieved 3 $25 cards, they contacted me back in January 20, 2009 saying(did you mail it to the wrong address)?
I've sent them letters with my redemption voucher, telling them that I have only received 3 cards, no respond?
Sould I keep sending them redemption voucher when they donot respond?

I agree. It's a jumble of incoherent babbling with absolutely no useful information. It makes you wonder how such people are able to function in life !
