Free Tax USA prepared taxes and filed Federal for free. I was not able to download or print the final returns. When I wrote and asked for them to send me a copy by email they responded with if I can't download then to buy a copy to be mailed. So much for promoting the ability to print and download without any extra fees. After updating Adobe Reader the same response by my computer saying it could not download these files and when I click on view I get an empty page.
