I cancelled my account back in February. I've been charged on the first of the month every single month for $19.99. I contacted their billing department with my credit card number and they have "no record" of a charge to that account after my cancellation. However I have charges on my card statement with a description of "Experian *FreeCredRpt 877-4816825 CA"

Stay away from freecreditreport.com!!! They are not a legit company and will continue charging you after you cancel. I am disputing the charges with my bank but you have been warned!!!

You may also need to contact Experian about your charge. The charge could be from Experian via FreeCreditReport. In other words, the FreeCreditReport is the middle guy selling the credit monitoring from Experian site to you. Even though you cancelled your service on FreeCreditReport site, the other charge is actually from Experian.
