I signed up for what was supposed to be a " FREE" 7 day trial for my free credit report and score. I agreed to a 7 day FREE trial and would be charged $14.99 if I did not cancel within the 7 days. I logged in and viewed my credit report and one of my scores. The SAME day I looked at my bank account and my debit card was charged $26.51. When I called 1 day later to cancel my membership and to request a full refund of the $26.51 I was charged. I was told that I was able to and did view all of my scores which was not true. I was not able to view them and DID NOT ORDER them. I was offered a $10.00 refund but they refused to fully refund my for something I did not and would never have ordered. Also after speaking to them they asked me to sign on to my membership and suddenly the scores that I did not order and could not view before were now showing. I also noticed how many other places on the site after you are signed in that it offers to let you purchase the 3 scores. Why would you purchase something again if that is part of the membership. This is very deceitful and is a form of theft!!!!!

Stay away from them as that is not even a FICO score

Their entire business model is based on deception: the score is not free and the score you are buying is not the score that creditors use to determine your ability to obtain credit from them.
Not only did you pay for a "free score" - if you don't make sure the membership is cancelled, they will continue to draft from (or charge) your account each and every month. Get a confirmation number for your cancelation and also have them send you an email confirming the cancelation.
As a side note, the score that is offered by that website is not a FICO score. It is some other proprietary formula that Experian has developed that most creditors do NOT use to determine if you are creditworthy. If you are going to check your scores, use the myFICO site for the two scores you are able to get: Equifax and Transunion. As of a couple of years ago, Experian has decided to not provide the FICO score to consumers any more (they will provide to creditors - but will not provide to us). Why pay for a score that has no meaning?
