 A giant scam.  I sent them $125 for promises of free leads.  When I resigned after 5 weeks and no leads and asked for my money back, Richard Dwyer, a vice president, sent me an email denying that they even had leads, which I proved in writing him wrong.  Do give any company money to start a deal. Tell them to take any agent fees out of your commission, which thry will not do proving they only want your money.  Go elsewhere.  Save your money and aggravation.  I plan to sue.
