Prepaid $5000.00 to Garret Wadfords compnay for a loan modification. Terrible service, illegally collected fees upfront, changed there name 3 times while were were doing the loan mod.....finally I hunted them down on the internet, and email Garret, he would not refund my momney, denied doing the loan, and basically stole. FInally I called my bank, and they did the modification with me, and I saved $9.00 a month....overall a bust and out 5 GRAND. Garrets company was even banned from the state of Maine. If you hear his name or see him, run for the hills, he is a rip off artist!
