Freedom Resource Georgia needs to stop them They took my money will not give me a refund of $221 Rip-off Woodstock Georgia

The company contacted me by phone in late September, 02. I verified that it was an unsecured mastercard - they agreed. The draft date was 10/17. The "benefits" package was to be sent to me with 15-21 working days of the draft date.

After MANY phone calls during the month of December - I finally got the package January 18, 2003. I was told that I would get a signature card for the mastercard 2-3 days after receipt of the benefits package. Again after many calls during the 1 week of February, I finally got the signature card faxed to me. It is not a unsecured card as promised. I have to send in 20$ just to activate it.

After I saw that, I new that I did not want the service and threw away the package (which was an information brochure with no contents). I called today to ask for a refund, and I was told that I had to send back the package to get a refund. I told them that I threw it away - they told me I just threw my $221 away.

As you can see, I have been MORE THAN PATIENT with this company. They have misled and misadvertised their services.

I need my $221 back.
