Freeline Fidelity ripoff attacked my wife Bel Air Maryland

I was phoned by Freeline Fidelity, they offered a credit card if I submitted $299.00. What I was to get was a "Kit", and then I would get my credit card. Well, that didn't happen!. I found a master card registration form in the "Kit", I filled out the form and returned it by mail.
Spoke to Freeline Fidelity, two weeks later, they had rerceived my form, and the card was approved, and would be sent out, and I would get it before Christmas. My wife called them, as did I and they have no answers as to where my card, or money is. Instead Jason Wells verbally attacked my wife on the phone.
