FreeLotto has not sent me my $1 or $5 "winnings" in more than a year. Several prizes I properly claimed were never even acknowledged. Freelotto's website has no address, phone number or e-mail address to contact a human being, although sometimes one receives a computer-generated response.

Fortunately, I lost no money to Freelotto, only my time and the nuisance of the spam it generates.
