On Dec. 6, 2002 I was one of the two winners of the Freelotto $100,000 GiveAway. I summitted all the documents Freelotto asked for but I have still not yet recieved my $50,000 prize. I been waiting for 10 months now.

I sent Freelotto numerous emails which were not answered. Can anybody tell me how to go about to get my prize? Does Freelotto actually pay its big winners?

Dealing with "Kev"

I won the luxury car prize back in 2002. It took me 9 months to finaly get that shonky bugger Kevin Arronin to come good. I picked up m car from the dealer on 28 April 2003.

In order to get them to pay I contacted U.S. Commercial Services in Sydney. They sent two emails to Kev and this seemed to do the trick.
It seems that these snakes like to hide in the long grass. It is only when you get out the mower that they will wriggle.

I also contacted the FBI legat in Canberra. Whether they called Kev I do not know but you will only get satisfaction if you bring pressure to bear on them from people with clout.
As a punter they will treat you with contempt.
They had stopped returning my emails for months before US Commercial Services got on thier case, then they fell over themseves to pay up!
I suggest there are enough victims (they still owe me the interest on $50000 for all the time after 90 days that they held off paying)to mount a class action against them. This would need someone in the US to kick it off but I am sure some law firm would take the case on a contingency basis, perhaps the ripoff report staff might suggest something?
