If having the TSN number is a problem...you can resolve this by going to the results page at www.freelotto.com/Results.asp and retireve your TSN number there.

I once deleted the email of a winning ticket and needed to get my TSN number this way. It looks like their records go back to 1999.

Whatever the consumer's problem may be I have no idea, but during the at least last three years I have played freelotto.com I have repeatedly gotten checks from them for the $1.00 I won each time from them. There are no $300.00 prizes they have I know of the consumer mentioned. No, I have so far not won anything bigger than that but that's because I haven't so far exactly matched all numbers so far which freelotto.com always sends the results for all winning numbers when requested.

If you don't match all winning numbers you can't win the jackpot or any of the other smaller prizes. Apparently I just matched only some numbers that won me $1.00 several times.
They even let you designate any winnings to a charitable or some sort such organization.
