This company is being falsely accused. If someone steals another person's credit card number and uses it on a website; the company is not truly the blame.
This happened to me. Freelotto of NY promptly and without hestation with the utmost speed responded to my complaint; cancelled the account to which my credit card information was used and refunded/returned all monies debited from my account via the credit card number under my name.
Again, the victim is the person who credit card number has been used in a fraudulent manner.

PENDING DEBIT CARD PURCHASE ($9.99)
The above debit made by a "Reading, PA" is in error and fraudulent in itself and should be cancelled asap. Again that credit card is being fraudulently used. The owner does not have any connections in Reading or has ever been to Reading, PA.
