Freester.com charged me $9.95 monthly for various so-called benefit plans. But, they removed one of them called Cash For Reviews without notice, though they claim to have sent said notice (a lie). Half the time, their website is down and their customer srervice line is a busy signal when called.

They don't provide refunds under any circumstamces, even when the service fails, as it most often does. I keep hoping (apparently in vain) that the service will improve. But, in the three years I've had the service, it just gets worse. The only reason I've kept it this long is because one of the services is actually worth anything. Otherwise, it isn't.
