Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I came to freeway auto sales to purchase a car that would be more reliable and bigger than my previous car. Tim assured me the car would be a great choice and that it was in excellent mechanical condition. Car broke down within 5 miles of purchasing ($9000 car). Offered no real assistance. Within a couple days I realized there are many things seriously wrong mechanically and electronically. Offered no help, said deal was final. Wouldn't even offer a different car. Said "we dont want a broken car".

You're spending thousands of dollars on a used car, and you DON'T GET IT INSPECTED FIRST? The fault is totally yours! What, have you been shipwrecked on a deserted island all these years? Used car scams and lying car salesman are plastered all over the internet, tv stations, newspapers and word-of-mouth.
Next time, get out of your plastic bubble you live in, and take the car to a qualified inspection service before you buy it!
