FREIDMANS JEWELRY ripoff TRUSSVILLE Alabama

My name is richard and i bought a ring from freidmans jewelers in trussville , alabama. The ring is pretty to the eye it was an engagement ring, it cost around 2500 dollars, I also got the appraisal from freidmans, the appraisal was for 2800 from them, my engagement fell thru and I took the ring to an appraisor to see what the actual worth would be so i could sell to individual, after a breif inspection he said that it was worth about 199 dollars I showed him freidmans appraisal and he said it was a joke, I took the ring back to freidmans and told them what iI found out, they told me they would gladly take the ring back if I purchased something twice the value, that enraged me since I was already in a bad mood from what I found, they then exchanged the ring for one just like it, so i took the ring back to the appraisor, he laughed again and said it was only worth what the gold is worth that the diamond was of the poorest quality and tha he would still sell the ring for 199 no more, a also got a second opinion and got the same answer... I am now stuck with a worthless ring, with a worthless appraisal, freidmans sells junk and is marking up there prices by 800%, there diamonds are worthless and please do not go by there appraisals... hey if you do not beleave me ask if you can send it off for independent appraisal before you buy...see what they say junk..junk.. it should be a crime
