Freight Rite Failed to acknowledge appointments three times Toledo Ohio

Frieght Rite handles deliveries and installations of Home Depot appliances.  They were supposed to install a dishwasher.  Appointments were made THREE times and on each occassion they claimed that they would call for a arrival time period.  They did not do so and when called, said that they did not have the appointment listed.  Considerable time was spent on hold and transferred among people who refused to take responsibility and finger-pointed at the original contact.  Then, the original contact blaimed it on a new computer system.  Lost wages were incurred in arranging for time off.
