I contacted Fresh student Loan service for help with student loans. I spoke with a Liz Conway who stated that I qualified for the income based program and I had to pay 579.15 for the processing fees then I would pay 36 dollars each month. I am now getting loan notices from Fed loan services stating I owe payments. Liz told me that the department of education pays off the private loaners and Consoldates them all into one.
