freshchocodiles.com Fruit Pies weree order, never received, no communication from company. Internet

I ordered 20 hostess fruit pies on March 6, 2009 and paid through PayPal. I got a receipt from PayPal that money had been transferred to chocodiles@yahoo.com.
10 days later, after I did not receive my order, I emailed the company. I sent a total of 5 emails, none were ever answered.
Since I paid with PayPal, I filed a dispute, Chocodiles never answeredc PayPal either. they have refunded my money.

Me too. Ordered 10 pies. got a receipt from Paypal....and that was it. 20+ emails and not one reply. HOW is this website still open? And why does Paypal not shut down their account?
