They dont honor refunds despite the false promise when purchasing that they have a 30 day money back guarantee no questions asked.  They ask you not to go through PayPal to get your refund because it will delay the process. I think what they are doing is dishonest and they do not want to give you a refund in the long run. 

I cancelled my agreement with them 15 days into it and although they agreed to cancel and send me my refund they never sent it. In fact they ignored all of my e mails asking for some answers. Instead I ended up disputing the charge with my credit card and to my surprise they challenged the charge and told the credit card company that I have been using the product and they were not going to refund the charge.

I could not believe this. First of all I did not use their product because it was not user friendly. Very difficult to understand and the scripts have serious bugs, the populate feature has a bug the sitemap bug templates are not seo friendly. 

This was a huge mistake and a huge waste of my time now trying to get my $147.00 dollars for a service that I never used. I submitted all of the evidence to the credit card company and now finally the bank has agreed to refund me the money. I don't know what they will do with Freshstorebuilder, but I sincerely hope they dont get any of the f**** money. 

I would highly recommend not to buy this software. Stay away from these people. I hope Amazon sees some of this as they are supposed to be Amazon affiliates.

We process valid refund requests sent to our helpdesk within 48 hours. In this case you may have been outside the refund period, you may have been still using the software etc. which you can find more about here: freshstorebuilder.com/refunds

On closer inspection and looking at your email screenshot, you sent your refund request to support@freelancer.com which isn't our company and we didn't receive your emails.

To receive a refund you must contact our helpdesk at helpdesk.freshstorebuilder.com and not any other company or email address.

I Too had The Same Problem

Although Mr Carey gives all this info.  I it is not the case.  I been been trying to get audience with him, by the links given, through the help desk and to his personal email account.  I still have not gotten a response nor a refunds.  I was within the 30 day window for a refund and I did not get any response.  I followed all the guidelines.  Nothing has produced any results.  The last time I contacted the spport desk, I was told they had spoken to Mr Carey and I would get a refund "soon" - nothing has happened. I usually just let stuff slide, but come on, don't put the gurantee in if you are not going to honor it or ignore people. On the flip side the software is ok.  What these people do not tell you is all the work you have to do just to have the site.  There is more to it than pressing a button an voila! you have a site.  I did get a better working affiliate site and I can build them for you, without stupid upsells.

Without your customer details I cannot confirm the exact circumstances of your account, but would like to completely clarify the following:

- We honour and process all refunds that are eligible and according to our refund policy: www.freshstorebuilder.com/refunds/
- We reply to all tickets within 48 hours and typically within 24 hours
- During the refund procedure, we ask that you delete any copies of the software and confirm that this has been done

Here are the most likely reasons that you had a problem with your refund:
- You did not contact our help desk and tried to email another address, tried to contact a member of staff on the forum etc.
- You did not delete all copies of the software
- You opened a Paypal Dispute or Credit Card chargeback without removing all copies of the software
- You shared or sold the software to a third party
- You breached our terms of use in some other way

As a whole we pride ourselves on customer service and maintain our excellent reputation by listening to our customers and potential customers. Unfortunately sometimes we receive negative criticism due to perceived injustice or due to a competitors malicious intent.

In all cases we will aim to respond and resolve the problem for our customers.
