This person Desiree Genera is a complete lying scam artist! They have multiple craigslist.com listing for DJ services, photography, photo booth rental and offer great deals which attract people to get scammed.
I booked them for DJ service for a wedding. Paid them in full through PayPal (which I THOUGHT was secure and protected but I was totally wrong) to book date for $300. Immediately after I did that I got a bad feeling and started questioning their legitimacy.
They freaked out on me calling me a bridezilla and they would cancel the contract (that I never received signed back from them) and I was happy with that. Then they tried to get me to accept situation and gave me address of their office where I could meet them and obtain signed copy of contract.
I googled the address and it was a business suite complex and it didn't have their name as one of the tenants so I emailed back asking for the suite number and they said they DBA as "Desiree". I thought that was a load of crap and I was right. My mother and I drove to the fake office which they haven't been renting for 6 months and the Operations Manager even stated that there have been multiple people showing up irate because they had gotten scammed.
Immediately after that, I emailed them back saying that I knew they were scammers and was going to go to PayPal to get my money back. They said that was their old office and everybody knows that. Uh-WHAT??!!! A few days prior was when they gave me that address! I told them they were full of it and I was going to pursue legal action. They sent me a link to a commercial for a "virtual office" and said that's how they do business now. OMG. These people are pathological liars!!!!
I'm still trying to pursue this to get my money back and to warn everyone out there these people are total SCAMMERS!!! They have made up lie after lie to other individuals that have been taken advantage of as well.
PayPal won't help but know that they are scamming people. Somehow, someway these sick people need to be stopped!!!

I'm sure this comment is actually from the scam artists themselves. I wouldn't doubt they go on here trying to save their "precious reputation" so they can scam others the same way they scammed me.
I'm positive you are lying because the Operations Manager told me that they haven't rented office space from referenced address for months and months so it's impossible that you met them there.
Get a real job and stop stealing from honest people who actually work for their money.
Tune into local news here really soon and you will see the truth behind your web of lies and hopefully so will others before they lose money and time.
Trust me-I have all the proof I need against these scammers and am finding more the further into this investigation we get.

My husband aaron and I booked them a few months ago, and we had a great experience with them. By all means your comments are invalid and if she felt your out of line it sounds like you fall in the category of a bridezilla. We found them thru criagslist and got photo and video , she did a engagement session and those came out s****.>
