Fresquez Advisors closes loans

I have closed several loans with this comapany and Mr. Rick Fresquez. I have been completely satisfied by his honesty and his professionalism. I know other borrowers that have gotten their deposit back when he was unable to give them the loan they requested. I don not know why anyone would say anything to the contrary about Rick. He is one of the best individuals I have ever dealt with in the mortgage business.
