I went for a preemployment drug test with this company. Now this company has put a refusal to take drug test on my Dac which is not true. I gave urine. They said i didn't give enough. But I didn't refuse. Now I have been blackballed with decent companies. Don't know what to do. Very frustrated with a company that can tell such a venomous lie on a drivers Dac report. Ruining a career. It's not right.

Refusal

The specimen collector informed you there was not enough of sample for testing. You would have been given the opportunity to drink enough water over a three hour period in order to provide sufficient sample quantity. If you failed to use that three hour period to stay there and drink water to provide said sample, then your action was a "REFUSAL" as per D. O. T. rules. No, I don't work for them.
