I bought the vehicle and have had it a week, called them several times on the situation. I went up to sign final paperwork and showed the service manager, it was 10 min to five and he was leaving so he could not be bothered; he said it would be fine until Monday and they would come and get it and see what was going on. I called Monday, they did not have a rental car, called Tuesday, they did not have a rental car, this went on for a week. They finally sent someone to pick it up the following Monday, did not hear from them until I called on Wednesday, The service manager Donnie said that he balanced all 4 tires and was good to go. I asked well, what about the plug and leaking air, he said he didn't notice, that he would put filler on the inside and it will be fine. They were not going to put any other tires on it. 22,000 is a lot of money for shitty tires, they are supposed to be so good, the best place to go, etc. Yeah until you drive off the lot, then they want nothing to do with you!!!! I have only had the vehicle 2 weeks now, should I take it back and get my trade in, I have 30 days right???

I know of no state that gives the purchaser of a used car 30 days to bring it back. Generally, as soon as you sign the contract and take delivery, it's yours, and your trade-in belongs to the dealer.
If you don't like the tires on car, why did you buy a car with crappy tires? People who buy cars hoping that the dealer is going to fix something after they own it, are usually disappointed.
