Friendship Floors BBB member but refused to go to arbitration with us so his BBB membership was REVOKED!! flower mound Texas

 I would avoid this company at all cost.  The owner is no longer at the business address in Grapevine.  His BBB membership was revoked after he did not respond to a request for Arbitration.  

We paid 1/2 upfront to refinish floors in our home and spent the expense to move into a hotel for a week.  Upon returning, the floors did not match the stairs (much lighter) and the quality was horrible.  He showed up at our house requesting to be paid the remainder of the balance but refused to correct the work.   He stayed in front of our house for 3 hours waiting to be paid.  Ultimately, we had to get the police involved for harassment after very threatening texts with language you can only imagine...these texts were sent to a woman so this should give you a pretty good idea of what type of person the owner is.....
