I received a check from Portfolio Recovery Associates LLC TCPA Litigation Po Box 43421 Providence RI 02940-3421 in the amount of 6.76 from Bank of the West.
I put the check in my bank and it was returned according to my bank because funds could not be collected. This caused a fee of 20.00.

There is a second address with the same name PO Box 404001 Lousiville Kentucky 40233-4001 Phone number 1-888-301-8552.
I have tried to contact this company and all I am getting is a run-a-round. I am not concerned with this bad check but I feel this company should pay the 20.00 fee I was charged.
