Ordered a privacy screen, which was 3-sided in the picture and sold for $129 plus shipping. Only one side arrived. I looked at the ad again--both online and in the catalog, and saw that in small letters at the bottom of the add they noted that you would have to order 3 to match the picture.
Attempted to send it back, but because of the size of the box, it was cost prohibitive. Asked Frontgate for a pre-paid shipping label, and they refused. The picture of the item is very misleading, although they have covered their rear with the fine print . . .

Even though I did not have a problem with the item being misrepresented, I did run into a problem with Frontgate using their fine-print to totally dismiss any ongoing customer goodwill.
My item was ordered on a Monday, and I was to get it the next Monday, even though it was shipped just 30 miles away. A Frontgate supervisor insisted on using the "3-5 business days for delivery" fine-print, and ignoring the real problem of their shipping practices. She even suggested I pay extra for next day delivery, even though West Chester is a suburb of Cincinnati. By the way, Frontgate charges a premium for their shipping.
Please beware....one would think that with the over-priced nature of this catolog, Frontgate would be a customer-friendly outfit. Not even close. This is not a company like -----, which refunds 100% of the cost (including shipping) if you are not satisfied for any reason. AND they pay for the shipping back! Frontgate, on the other hand, takes back the item but you have to pay for the shipping back, plus you get no refund for the original shipping cost to you.
Unfortunately Martha, you are stuck with that screen. I hope that you ordered the other two pieces, and are done with this company. I am.
