I placed an order a month ago, they charged me $119.00 the first time and 19.99 for shipping which never existed, now I cant contact anyone..I feel sick to my stomach for getting ripped off and never listening to my friends on how I should never trust online internet pharmaceutical companies. :(

I share your frustration, Alyson, but Frontier Pharmacies is the exception, not the rule. Or at least it has been so for me. Over the past years I have placed over a hundred orders for medication from a number of different online pharmacies, and while some of these orders were delayed in customs, all arrived as promised.
While in this case the following advice would not have helped, two good rules nonetheless for avoiding scam artists like Frontier Pharmacies are these:
1)Never order from email vendors (spammers).
2)Avoid any medicine vendors using free web space (Angelfire, Geocities, etc).

Frontier Pharmacies is a Florida licensed and Square Trade Approved mail order/internet pharmacy. All prescriptions received, are first verified for authenticity, making sure that there is a valid, face-to-face relationship between the patient and the physician.
It is not until we have validated the prescription that the medication is then mailed out. A non-refundable $19.95 processing fee is charged to cover the costs accrued through the verification process. The customer agreed to this fee on the check out page, at the time the request for medication was submitted.
Frontier Pharmacies is a mail order pharmacy completely separate of the website where this customer issued their request for medication. It is an entirely separate entity, contracted to fill those prescriptions generated through the specific website that the customer placed their request from.
Frontier Pharmacies is not responsible for any membership or billing arrangements made between the customer and the website where the order was placed from. All charges coming from Frontier Pharmacies (1- Processing Fee and 2- Medication Charge) will show up on the customer's credit card statement with the descriptor stating Frontier Pharmacies and the phone number.
If Alyson did not receive her medication it most certainly because she did not provide complete physician information, or due to the fact that her physician may have declined the request.
