IF in a week you dont have your money back have your bank handle it. My credit card is handling mine. I too received a confirmation cancellation # but I read it could be like a membership so I want my credit card to refund my $ and go after the company. I am in the process of contacting a lawyer now about them. I wish you well

Since I reported this place as a rip off I have found they are not a real company at all DO NOT SEND THEM MONEY!!!!!!

yeh, so i also placed an order back in july and they charged a $19.95 processing fee and then i never heard back from them until i noticed on my checking account they had charged another $19.95 just the other day. So i called them and cancelled my order and requested my money back and they gave me a cancel confirmation and a refund confirmation number and they said it will take a week or so for my money to get refunded. do you think i will get my money back?
