After several years of paying premiums and never having a claim or a reason to make a claim, they sent a cancellation notice, stating it was the result of a risk assessment and yet there have been no changes in conditions over the course of the coverage.  We had no damage from Hurricane Irma and there was no flooding in our community, although there was flooding in the city, but it was contained to low lying areas near a river.  They exercised their right to cancel coverage, but the reasons given were legitimate, but not applicable to our community
