FRYS Food chain in Arizona provides a Deli Carryout section in one of its major stores which is located in Scottsdale, Az. A food handler, in theDeli, routinely prepares food without wearing plastic gloves. On at least one occasion the individual had a cold and/or allergies. I believe such activity is a violation of the law. Anyway, why does FRYS tolerate it?
