FSGW BAD RAM Purchase Diamond Bar, California

Found FSGW selling same RAM as on sticker on RAM already in my computer.  Ordered product with same specs, but when item received it did not work.  Sent email to FSGW letting them know of issue.  Offered to send me correct RAM for another $32 and told me I had the wrong computer.  Inital RAM was $16.00 each + $16.00 each for shipping.  Took FSGW ad to Fry's Electronics and they provided me RAM.  It worked fine.  Tried to create a win-win transaction with FSGW but refused to meet price at local retailer and would not refund shipping.  Finally contacted resolution center and received a full refund of purchase price and shipping but dozen of emails with seller with no resolution other than to spend an additional $32.  Bottom line is that buying local ended up much better interaction.  Money back guarentee from local vendor and no hastle.  I would have saved $15 by purchasing through FSGW if I would have received the correct memory even with the expensive shipping and handling.  But with all the hastle and frustration it was not worth dealing with this company.  I would suggest to aviod this company at all costs.  Saving the few $$ not worth dealing with them.
