i wan't to close the case.

fspilotshop.com finally answer my emails and sent the order safely.

note for the fspilotshop.com to more care for their customer and answer all the question anything quickly.

We see you did verify your order and FedEx tracking shows delivered to you, so we don't know why you would post this. Please remove this false post since you received the item and signed for delivery in Indonesia.

This was a fraudulent order to Indonesia. We cannot and will not ship fake orders overseas if they cannot be verified. You are welcome to arrange alternative verified payment.

as you can see in my attachment, i'am a verified paypal account.

The day After i put the order, there is no explanation to me regarding paypal clearance etc, and you also did did not answer immediately all question regarding my order status via your ticketing system.

Perhaps you have to improve your response to customer and explain clearly so they don't have to asking everyday.

Thank you for your order.  As noted on the email sent to you immediately after you ordered, we will hold this until the payment cleared.  For any orders from Indonesia, Vietnam, and other select countries, paypal requires 7 business days for the payment to clear.  If you have a verified paypal address then we wouldn't need to wait for the payment to clear.  This is standard procedure and if you have questions about the payment process you are welcome to contact paypal.  Once the payment clears we'll send this right out.   If you order again, you should consider getting a verified paypal account to avoid any delays.

i'm ordering item amount of 460 dollars using paypal.
Order Number: 322401

Till today after more than a week, i still did not get any information regarding my order.
fspilotshop did not even response my email through their ticket system.
paypal already charge me and i'am still didnt get any information regarding my packages.

FSPILOTSHOP.COM is  a fake system and it doing fraud.
