I purchased a Viewsat 2000 Ultra receiver 12/26/07. I received a conformation number from FtaSat4Less showing the payment received.
I have yet to receive anything other than automated e-mail responses to my inquirys about my receiver. The automated response states delivery within 5 business days. Also that their phone lines are down.
I have sent multiple e-mails to them and the web sites that they sponsor but have yet to receive a response from anyone.
It's now been 17 days since the order.

PayPal has provided a Fed-X tracking number today (01/23/08) which shows the unit was delivered. I am evidently a victim of neighborhood crime. I apoligize to this vendor but he should have been that provided the tracking number back when the unit was shipped. It also took a couple of weeks for him to respond (01/19/07) to e-mail which still did not include a tracking number.
Fed-X is running their investigation and is confident that the unit was delivered correctly.
