FTD.com Huge Rip-Off Internet

 I contacted www.ftd.com to order flowers for a family member's funeral. I searched their site and found what I thought was an appropriate arrangement and met my budget of $100.00. Later that evening I went to the funeral home and suffered the worst embarrassment and humiliation. The arrangement they had delivered was a small mess not valued at $35.00 Max! I contacted them with no resolve. They gave me the name of the local florist they farmed the order to and again no resolution. Never, Ever use this site for floral delivery. Hard lesson learned and still suffering the embarrassment.
