I ordered a web offer of valentines flowers and nothing was mentioned about shipping fees. I entered the order nothing about shipping. I entered my credit card nothing about shipping. The final bill on the credit card $29.00 flowers, $15.98 for delivery. FTD should be up front with the delivery or shipping fees.
