I've been on hold for over 4 hours... twice. FTD says, "due to the holiday season, you may experience hold times up to 15 minutes." Well, 8 hours later as I work and leave the phone on speaker I still have no response.

I paid and extra $20 for timely delivery for a Mother's Day gift. I could have paid $9 for delivery on Thursday or Friday before Sunday's Mother's Day. Instead I paid $29 for a Saturday delivery. What do you know... the tracking showed it was sent today (Friday) and delivered Friday. What a rip off.

Had I known that I'd just pay the $9.

Cowards don't even answer the phone.
