I want to file a theft report about htis company the product came out of no where, I did not order it and they are charging my credit card. I did not order it and I did not give them permison to use my card

We have went ahead and looked up this customer record within our system. We show this customer purchased our product on 08/09/2017. We show the IP address she signed up with matches her address in Bellingham Washington which to us proves it was her who signed up.
We did not sell this customers credit card information. Also, we did not charge this customer $149 a month.
Rather, we show in our system she stayed enrolled in the program for 3 months total. We sent her product every 30 days and billed her $89.95 for each 30 day supply of product. This was specified in our terms and conditions when the customer signed up.
We took care of this customer 100% and always sent her product on time.
We just wanted to share the full story and have evidence to support everything stated above.
