A representative from this company found my resume online and contacted me, saying that they had a position open to be an "account management representative". So, I went ahead and scheduled an interview with them. I got to the office (you know it's a SCAM when there are 10-15 other people in the same office, at the same time, for the same position.) I was already a little skeptical, but I went ahead with the interview anyway.

I worked a couple of days before I realized that they really were a SCAM company, that makes you sell things door to door or business to business for "shares". Shares?? I got paid NOTHING!! Obviously, because I didn't sell enough..? But your training is 4 hours, unpaid and you only get a "share" of what you sell. I have yet to see a paycheck, and I intend to follow through legally. BE AWARE!!

Don't be Fooled

As the first person (above) said...it is a scam. I went through the same interview and worked a few days too. No check yet either (though I only earned 90 dollars).
1.) With a ton of people being interviewed Everyday (you'll see if you go there) they make you feel as you're being the only one hired. That you WOWed them!!!
2.) If you take the job...on your first day be prepared to work from 9:30 or 10am till 9pm or so Monday through Friday and till 5 or 6pm on Saturday. The 3 days that I worked I got about a 15 minute lunch break because they make you feel like you're missing sells. Big guilt trip!
3.) You have to drive to the office then to your location or locations where you'll be pitching your sells - sometimes as far away as 40 or so miles. Then back to the office for the big pow wow / motivating meeting...then good luck not falling asleep at the wheel on your way home.
4.) If the first 3 above don't scare you then...

I will say that people are nice their but in my 36 hours of sweating I supposedly made $90 which I've yet to see! Don't be like me...gullible.

Try as you might, I found it very diffilcult to get any information on this company. In fact, I didn't find any until I saw your report. I didn't find anything under BBB, Yellow Pages, Hoover, Vault, Atlanta Business Chronicles nothing.
At any rate, thanks for the advance warning.

Mr. Clark,

I too was contacted by this company in regards to an Account management position. While doing my homework, I came across your response, I called them to see if they had anything to say about it. They first thanked me for asking questions and doing my homework, and than they said I was not qualified because I was skeptical in the same sentence. I live 45mins away from their offices, thanks for saving me the gas money man.

Best way to avoid this type of scam company is to prequalify the interview, by finding out as much about a company as you can before you go to the interview.

Next time, listen to your first sense of ''scam'' instead of plowing ahead with endless hope.
