Full Employment Council FEC "No longer needed" after I told them I felt discriminated against Kansas City Missouri

This is supposed to be a non profit company that is helping our community. I find that very hard to believe when I was working with one of the Executive Officers and received a call to tell me my services were "no longer needed" when I still had 5 weeks left. Is it because I attended to many managers and executive operations meetings?

I started to realize that this is not a non profit company. When I asked why they would not give me a straight answer. Then someone slipped and said it was because I was "all over the place" talking about a mental condition I suffer from. I was born with it, did not ask to be, and further more when I spoke with LincWorks they said since I said I thought I was discriminated against I needed a letter from my doctor before they could help me anymore. I asked them if a client came in and said they felt this way what would you tell them and they said I wouldn't say anything.

So with no help and really having no idea on how to report this I was going through my papers I received while there and I found a paper we had to sign off on that was specifically about discrimination. Now lets look at this, everyone in the company had to read and sign off that they received them, yet people that had been there 10+ years didn't know what to do?

Or is it that they also didn't want to say anything because they know how Shelley Penn and Clyde McQueen are and would probably be let go as well. After reading other reports I am realizing that I am not the only one they are doing this to. Do they realize that they are messing with people's families while they sit back and take in 6 figure incomes.
