We rented from them one time for a few hours and when we brought them back, they ended up charging us $1,400.00 in "repair" charges. They do not give you a copy of the contract upon renting and when we provided them with two phone numbers, one being an out of state number, they contacted us at the one that was out of state instead of calling us at the number we told them would be a better way of getting a hold of us. I took video of the motor sports equipment upon returning them, just for my records and low and behold, as soon as they reached the shop we were being charged out the wazoo for SOME things that we did not do. To our knowledge and from what was seen from the video taken, there was one scratch on one of the motor sports vehicle, but the other one looked just fine. They told us that it needed to be refilled with fiberglass and repainted. When I called a few marine auto body specialists, they quoted me amounts ballparked no higher than $100 for repair. To put the icing on the cake, when I left them a less than perfect review on google, they called me and threatened to sue me for slander. They are unprofessional, rude and only nice when you're handing them cash. From what I've researched online about this company, I'm not the only one having problems with these guys. In fact, friends that have dealt with them before had nothing but bad things to say about the service and the equipment that they're renting out. Too bad I didn't hear about it until AFTER I was being charged $1,400.00 for a scratch and umpteen other things that apparently destroyed the craft in the 4 hour time frame of using them. Beware!
