I have been with Fullcardreports for over 10 years. Not the best but cheap and offers every track available for $29.95 a month. I prepaid 3 months in Jan. but am unable to use their services. I suspected problems when the original owner suffered a car accident if Fla 2 or 3 years ago. Since then it's been an unrealiable service. No contact is available thru phone or E-mail. They stole everyone's money and left DODGE.SOONER OR LATER GOD WILL CUT THEM DOWN
