Fullfillment Center A $4.95 trail offer for a dietary suppliment turned into an $89.99 charge for an annouanced NEW shipemt. Their is NO customer service number by which to contact and cancel the product, nor a manner in which to retunr said product. Scottsdale Arizona

It's very simple:  I did order two trial dietary suppliments @ $4.95 each.  At no time was I made aware that subsequent shipments would come (announced I might add) @ a charge of $89.99.  The fullfillment Center has but an address, no known email, nor customer service contacvt numbers.  Also there is no notable method by which a customer can easily cancel and/or return the products.  Unscrupulous, dubvious and most unprofessional.

BellaAtHome My friend ordered a free trial with my credit card. I didnt agree to it so I called BellaAtHome 20 minutes after recieving order confirmation via email to cancel my account and stop the order before a label is generated and the package is sent from the fullfillment center. the supervisor that i spoke with was extremely rude, constantly cut me off, and refused to have to order stopped. she told me that i need to return it once its delivered to my address and that the product must be delivered back to their facility 7 business days from the day i recieve it. mind you, im in texas and they are in nevada. so i asked her if they are going to pay for return and they said no?! so i would have to pay expedited shipping?!? RIP OFF. henderson nevada

puregc60 fullfillment center offered on internet as a free trial, i was billed 79.00 for the trial bottle, called to inquire, i was told that i needed to look on the term and condition which states that there would be a 79.00 charge for the free bottle. and 79.00 for every month after that .
